“Culture is what remains when what has been learned has been forgotten.”

Beppe's Art Farm has no date of constitution since it was not founded, being the natural continuation of a passion, of an attachment to the territory that has been handed over for more than four generations.

The farm land extends for about eight hectares properties, which are located on terraces torn to the mountain to over 600 meters in height.

The latter, called "leaps" (terraces handedly built in remote times and held by stone walls), have been the result of efforts and efforts of all the local families and over the years have been guarded with precious wisdom by generations.

So hard and difficult it is the land on which the company carries out its business, so extraordinary are the features it gives to the Giaggiolo.

On one hand, cultivation is in fact not mechanized, and it is carried out exclusively manually with the same instruments used at the beginning of 1900, on the other hand the chemical composition of the territory gives to Iris tuber, dried over the years, amount of Irons (a molecule with a scent of violet or mammal) to a much greater degree than the same culture produced in other places.

The magic of this earth, in a thousand difficulties, gives the tuber that grows over the years, an irregular shape that enhances its strength and its perfumes.

Over the last few decades, plants have been installed in various parts of the world (Turkey, Morocco, and Tunisia) but the product for sampling has always been from these 'leaps' and forever excellence has been found in these places.

In 2022 our company was awarded the Green Bandiera Prize, by the Italian Farmers Confederation, which rewards Italian excellence. Specifically, we won the Agri-Ig prize, which identifies the best Italian company as a typical production, with certified quality, in organic regime, characterized by mountain production.

It is the most important recognition that can be achieved in Italy, confirming that the search for the excellence of the product, the protection and indelible link with the territory, are the guidelines that characterize the past, the present and the future of art of Beppe.
